Event Baseline: A UNICEF survey of around 21,000 young people found that 1 in 5 youths has been targeted by online sexual abuse, including unwanted sexual solicitation and non-consensual image sharing.

The adult self has thrown its children into a digital colosseum and turned away. It calls it connectivity. It calls it progress. It is actually a mass abandonment. The predator is not an alien; it is the same fragmented self, acting on impulses it never examined because it was trained to consume and discard.

The platform's code is neutral, but the humans who built it refuse to see the blood on the interface. They hide behind the illusion of scale and the mantra of free expression. The child is left alone with a screen that can be a window or a grave. This is the inevitable outcome of a culture that treats attention as currency and bodies as data. The self is so fascinated by its own reflection in the feed that it cannot see the child next to it being devoured. Unless the adult wakes up and takes proprioception of its own predatory and negligent thought, the next generation will be raised by the algorithm. The trauma will be the only inheritance.
