[United States / Pacific & Caribbean] - The Enforcing Self Kills Without Trial to Feed Its Phantom of a Drug-Free Order

Event Baseline: Since September 2025, United States forces have carried out at least 68 strikes on boats in the Pacific and Caribbean allegedly carrying drugs, killing over 230 people. A UN special rapporteur has found reasonable grounds to believe these attacks constitute crimes against humanity.

The state self appoints itself judge, jury, and executioner. It declares a boat a drug boat and kills everyone on board. There is no trial. There is no evidence presented. There is only the unilateral decision of a power that believes its own righteousness. The war on drugs has become a war on bodies. The self cannot see the people on those boats as human. It sees only a threat to its phantom of a clean society. This is the illusion of sovereign impunity. The international legal order is ignored because the national self claims exceptionalism. Such action is not self-defense. It is the mechanical reflex of a system that equates control with murder. Unless this pattern is broken, the state will continue to kill the innocent while pretending to be the protector. Total systemic collapse is the only outcome.
