The same self sees Putin as an enemy. The warrant is a weapon. This is not justice. It is tribal reflex. The brain stores the friend and the enemy in separate memory banks. The law becomes a tool of that memory. It has no impartiality. It has no perception.

The failure is total. International law was built to transcend tribe. But the operators are tribal machines. They cannot see a whole. They see good guys and bad guys.
