[South Korea / Gender] - The Hierarchical Self Blocks the Body to Preserve a Phantom of Male Superiority

Event Baseline: A Human Rights Watch report found that South Korean women face systemic barriers to career advancement, earning less on average and having fewer employment opportunities throughout their lives.

The social machine assigns value based on gender. It creates a hierarchy from a biological fact. Thought divides the body into male and female roles. It then enforces those roles through economic exclusion. The result is institutional violence. Women are not blocked by law alone but by a collective illusion that they belong in a lower place. This illusion is maintained by every mind that repeats the pattern. The self of the male identifies with privilege and fears losing it. The self of the female is conditioned to accept the lower role. Neither sees that the division is arbitrary. It is the same root as all conflict: the belief that I am separate from you. Until that belief is abandoned, the hierarchy will remain.
